By ordering you agree to these conditions. “De Speelgaard” is a trade mark of Komedie BV. Komedie BV has the right to change these conditions. The current version is always available on the web site, www.speelgaard.com. Should you receive products you have not ordered, or should we communicate incorrect information to you, you are bound to notify Komedie BV immediately. Please do this through info@speelgaard.com.
Applicable law
On these terms and conditions, Dutch law is applicable.
Unless otherwise specified, the materials on this Web site are directed solely at consumers who access this Web site from the Netherlands. Komedie BV does not represent that any product referred to in the materials on this Web site is appropriate for use, or available, in other locations. Those who choose to access this site from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
The price
At “De Speelgaard”, if you choose standard delivery within The Netherlands and payment methods (for an order with an order amount over € 25,00), you're never confronted with extra costs. The price you see is the price you get. So, no extra costs for delivery, administration, or handling. Under the amount of € 25,00 in products, we charge a small fee for delivery. All prices shown include VAT. We do charge extra services such as:
- delivery at home in stead of to a Kiala point
- payment on delivery
Komedie BV guarantees that prices will not be raised during the validity of catalogues or flyers, unless the law requires us to do so. Prices may however be lowered. You can always find the lowest price on the web site, www.speelgaard.com. We are not liable for printing errors. These will, however, be published on the web site as soon as possible.
Prices to be charged for extra services will be published on the web site.
Stock
In principle, all items that can be ordered from the web site are available. Should anything not be available, we will let you know as soon as possible and within one working day. You can the choose to cancel the order of the product or to wait for it to be delivered at a later time.
Terms
All communicated terms are only an indication and don't lead to any liability on our part. Of course we always do our best to keep to the communicated terms.
Returns
Purchased items can be returned within 14 days, unless otherwise stated. In this period you can return your order unused, undamaged, complete and in the original packing through Kiala. Should you decide to return your order, the costs of delivery, returning and extra delivery and / or payment services will be charged.
We reserve the right to charge the cost of damage on returned items caused by you. Certain articles can only be returned unopened or sealed. Where this applies it will be stated on the invoice.
Your privacy
We handle your personal information carefully. We will not provide it to third parties, unless required by law. We also use your e-mail address sparingly. We will only use it for necessary communications about your orders. Have you subscribed to our mailings? We will not send you any more mailings than agreed.
You have the right to view and correct the personal information we keep on you. Requests to review your information and complaints about your privacy can be reported through info@speelgaard.com. The collection of information we keep on our customers has been reported to the “College Bescherming Persoonsgegevens” in The Hague. This report is still being processed.
Change of address
Customers are bound to notify Komedie BV of any change of address. Failure to do so will result in liability on your part for any orders delivered to your previous address. By placing an order, you authorise Komedie BV, if necessary, to request your information at the community council or any other organisation.
