How does it work

You can easily and quickly order from behind your computer at the moment that suits you. We'll send you an e-mail to confirm your order.

De Speelgaard offers three methods of payment:

You pay easily, quickly and safely using PayPal. If you pay using PayPal, no extra costs will be charged. You don't have a PayPal account yet? Not to worry, you can take care of that during payment. See www.paypal.com for more information. At PayPal you can pay using any major credit card, or your debit account.

If you want to pay by bank, just choose this option. In the e-mail confirmation of your order you'll find all necessary information for payment. We don't charge anything extra for this option. Your order will be sent after we've received payment.

You can choose to pay for your order on delivery. In that case you pay when you pick up your order at the Kiala point, or when it's delivered at your home. For this service we charge € 6,00, regardles of the order amount.

After we get payment confirmation (or after you've ordered choosing payment on delivery), we will process your order. If the order has been placed / payed before 15:00 h, it will in principle be processed the same day. The date of delivery then depends on the method of delivery you've chosen.

By default you will receive your order through Kiala. The order will be delivered to the Kiala point of your choice. You receive confirmation after delivery, so you can pick it up. There's always a Kiala point near you! See www.kiala.nl for more information. For delivery by Kiala we only charge € 4,50 if the total order amount is less than € 25,00. Orders will be delivered by Kiala within 1 working day (from mo to fr).

Taking into account holidays and opening times of the Kiala point of your choice of course. The package remains at the Kiala point for 14 days. After that, if you haven't picked it up, it will be returned to De Speelgaard. If, after these 14 days, you still wish to receive the order, delivery costs will be charged.

Would you prefer to receive your order at the door? That's possible. For this service we charge € 7,50. Packages will be delivered within 1 working day (from mo to sa).

Do you want to return a De Speelgaard product? You can within 14 days. We will reimburse you. Delivery costs (back and forth) and any costs for delivery or payment services will be deducted.

For returning an order through Kiala we charge part of the delivery costs: € 3,50. Apart from these costs, if any delivery costs were stated on the invoice for an order below € 25,00, these will not be reimbursed. You can return your parcel using Kiala, regardless of whether it was delivered to you by Kiala.

Through can return the product by mail. In that case you pay the costs yourself. Any delivery costs stated on the invoice will not be reimbursed.
